“The primary goal of visits is for children to build healthy and positive relationships with their families” (Fein, Maluccio & Kluger, 1990).
Beacon Hill is training community volunteers on how to support safe meaningful family contact for families in the foster care system. (Must pass a background check and go through a brief interview process).

2 hours of online pre-course work +
16 hours of in-person training
Training certificate upon completion
Post-training support includes in-person
coaching and family contact shadowing
Onsite childcare provided
Childcare stipend available to reimburse
